Good condition.

3 AC’s (serviced May 2024) strong Onan generator, 2 slide outs, king bed in master, washer / dryer connection ready, queen sized bed in the toy hauler + 2 couches & a table, loft, gas oven and cooktop, full-sized fridge, TONS of storage, 4 smart TVs, 2 bathrooms, central Dirt Devil vacuum system, & 43’9” long. The leather couch in the living area was a bit worn when we bought it so we are replacing it with a new one (buyer may select of timing allows).

It’s a big camper, great for hauling golf carts or sxs. We fit ours in there with no problem. Has an on board fuel tank & outdoor entertainment on side porch (stereo, tv, & small fridge). The ramp in the back can also be a gated porch.

1 awning was removed due to wind damage and we chose not to replace it. The other 2 awnings are in perfect condition.
