34’ bumper to hitch. Tyron anti flat tires installed. Champion inverter 3100 watt generator. Comes with leveling blocks, portable grill, cookware and all connections and adapters. Insulation California rated and cold ac works off a standard 115v 15amp outlet with a TV on too. Tows perfect as you can see by the FL plates. Two TVs in it and sleeps 10. Has wireless back up camera.

Just bought two new bunk beds that are thicker and softer for the bunkhouse. Comes with weight distributing hitch too.
