This Coach was built for a Billionaire in the Telecommunications Industry and he owned it up to four years ago, it was always well taken care of (Original Bill of Sale and all manuals are still in the coach ), he had a second door installed in the driver's side of the coach near the back which open's into a large closet where he and his wife would put the antiques they would buy on their trips , second owners converted the closet to bunk beds for their children. I am the third owner and I have my own truck shop, we went through the entire coach as I thought I would own it forever, we replaced the tie rod's and drag links, steering box was rebuilt, all new tires, all lights interior and exterior upgraded to led, new carpet, new jack bed sofa, new refrigerator, new 12 volt water pump, new alternator, was serviced at Newell in August of last year, all new ride solenoids, four new Domenic Super Penguin heat pump roof air units installed, Both Tv's are new and new road trip in motion antenna. Only selling as I have no time to use it, pictures do not do it justice, it is a lot of Coach for 100 Grand and even the shop guys at Newell said how perfect it is for its age
