2021 36 ft Grand Design Reflection 311BHS 5th Wheel in great condition. Bought brand new, used lightly and well taken care of. We have all the original documentation of our purchase including owners manual.

We also purchased multiple extended warranties that are transferable and have two years left.

The 311BHS includes the Lippert Automatic Leveling System, tires outfitted with the Lippert Tire Linc tire pressure and temperature monitoring system, two separate AC units, a fireplace and 4 slide outs. There are three tanks; Blue water - 74 gallons and Grey and Black 87 gallons.

The 5th wheel hitch is included in the price and was brand new in 2021.

Although we absolutely love our 5th wheel, due to change in circumstances we are not going to be able to use it as much as we had anticipated when we first bought it. We are a family of non smokers with no pets.

Electrical Storage Bin - Vevor 25 ft 50A extension cord, Arcon 50A surge protector, Powergrip 30M/50F power adapter, Powergrip 30A/125V/3750W 25 ft extension cord and 15Amp to 30Amp adapter to connect to house.

Water Storage Bin - Two 25 ft EVOFlex water hoses for blue and grey water, Fresh Water Filter, Two Water Meters for water tank, Quick clips for hoses and Two water pressure regulators.

Black Water & Sewer Storage Bin - 25 foot black water hose, RhinoExtreme 20ft Sewer kit, Extra RhinoExtreme 20 ft sewer hose and connector and Camco Sidewinder sewer hose support.

Miscellaneous - Two wheel chocks, three 10 packs of Camco leveling stackable blocks and a hitch lock.
