Purchased from the second owner in November of 2023. The lady I purchased it from sold it because her husband passed away. It was kept immaculately. She told me it was kept in an airplane hanger on land they owned in West Texas.

I've never traveled with it. Traveling for work overseas more and can't use it.

I lived in it full-time for the month of December in 2023. Then a second time for the months of April and May of 2024 after returning from overseas.

I've never had any issues with it. I'll answer questions the best that I can but admittedly didn't do a deep dive into any of the systems that I would normally do when traveling with a trailer. I just stayed in it stationary as I mentioned before. I basically know what the spec sheets say.

Comes with original owners manual and maintenance records from previous owner.
