Maintenance Needs:

-Bedroom slide awning needs repair or replaced, awning roller seizes during slide out.

-Engine oil changes/fuel filters.

-Exterior signal bulb/lens replacements.

-Windshield wiper replacements.

-No power to levels panel, propane valve, water pump, steps. Fuse or relay? Schematics included.

*Steps automatic operation non functional, temporary battery/switch present.

-Toilet seal needs replaced / auger the drain pipe.

-1 Foggy window repair/replacement, re-attach some lift handles.

-Refrigerator condensate line needs cleared.

-New Tires - existing tires hold air but are old and one has surface damage.

-Tune up AC units.

-Apply fresh lubrication and sealants and all other maintenance per documentation.

Solar Array:

2.5kW solar array: 8 solar panels are wired in 4 strings of 2 to a fused combiner on the roof. Brand new 12v 100A charge controller is included, new owner must connect the solar to the controller, and the controller to the house battery bank, using appropriate fuses and wire.
