2017 Coachmen Freelander Micro Class C Ford Transit 350 HD. One owner/Well maintained. 95% highway miles. Oil changed religiously. Tires changed less than 20k & 2 years ago & look like new. Lived in full time 3 years. Covered more than half of its life. gas mileage = 12.5 average on Regular unleaded. 10.5 feet tall & 24’ total length, can go in most any gas station & campsite. 30 amp service w 50 amp adapter included. Fully self contained. 4.0KW Onan QG generator (exceptionally maintained). Dometic electric/ propane fridge. 13,500 BTU air/18,000 BTU furnace. Extra/Upgrades include: dual house batteries (2023), dual truck batteries (Feb '24), standard gas water heater w added electric water heater, Maxx air vent covers. The following was done in February of 2024: 2 new truck batteries, new brake pads, new windshield, new Apple CarPlay/Android 10” aftermarket screen, new backup camera, new ladder, sanded/painted rear bumper, new chrome wheel cover which came w 3 other covers to convey w RV, new tank handle, new running light, resealed roof w liquid rubber (roof was NOT leaking at all), all new vent’s plastic tops, waxed exterior, new bathroom faucet, new drawer latches. In the last few years, Dometic fridge completely rebuilt under warranty in 2020 or 2021- works flawlessly, & Onan generator completely rebuilt by Onan factory which it was working but not perfect & since rebuild is perfect. Had to live at the Onan place for 3 days while it was completely retooled from top to bottom. Generator total hr count = 636 hours which includes before & after rebuild- it was NOT reset to zero. Only known 3 issues: 1) awning is ripped, useable, but ripped and fabric or entire awning should be replaced 2) hitch was removed and I do not recommend this RV for towing anything beyond a bike rack 3) factory backup camera setup inoperable (rear view camera), but replaced with an aftermarket one. I would not hesitate driving this across country today. I'm planning to list this at this price for 7 days- until January 29, 2025. If it does not sell by then, I plan to take down this listing and put it on the road as my second car as the truck is absolutley rock solid. I also know how it has been kept. It does have 3 issues listed above. If these are problems for you, it is not the RV for you as I am no longer negotiable at this price. I had this sold a few months ago for $39,250, but UPS lost the title in transit and it took me so long to get it that the deal fell through. Now I have the free and clear title in hand and am ready to move on with life. Initially listed this RV for $49,999. I am losing a LOT of money on this at this price, so please do not offer less. Thank you for looking at it. I will not pay attention to anyone who does not want to come see the RV in person in VA as I have been inundated with scammers. I've had it for sale for months and am sick of messing with it. This is my bottom dollar or I am moving on with life and will enjoy it. Thanks again
