The Forrester M3251RSLE is the longest of the Forrester series and has 6 separate beds including a queen in the back master suite. The larger slide-out has a bunk bed and a couch that folds out to a J-bed. The main living area has a kitchen table that makes into a full-sized bed and a couch that include foot rests for enjoying your favorite movie. This couch also folds out into another J-bed, and the loft hosts another queen size sleeping quarters. The kitchen has a large 2 door refrigerator that really does keep food frozen in the freezer and cold in the lower section. It has a full stove and oven as well as a microwave, with an additional fold-up counter space. There are plenty of cabinets for both dishes and food, and lots of cabinets and wardrobes in the master bedroom for clothes and bedding.
The main living area has a fully integrated entertainment center that includes an AM/FM radio, on-board TV antenna, external satellite connection, and a CD/DVD player. The TV and radio are both 12V which allows for operation even on battery. The bunk area of the larger slide-out has a separate entertainment center with radio, TV, and DVD player.
Aside from all the special features inside, this home on wheels is the ability to stop anywhere and be completely self-sufficient. This is ideal for pulling into an interstate rest stops overnight, or finding that out-of-the-way scenic spot that just happens along your route. The 4KW Cummins generator runs off of the main gas tank and uses 2-5 gallons per night, depending on what all is being used inside. The generator will power everything in the RV including the air conditioner, Microwave, and even a small space heater. It has propane heat that works excellent, but we found that a space heater keeps the interior pretty comfortable most of the time. The water heater can run off electricity or propane as can the refrigerator which gives the family several options from full hook-up operations or primitive, self-contained camping. The RV has quite a bit of external storage, including a large pass through compartment under the master bedroom. There is a ladder on the back and an integrated bumper hitch, The RV was winterized during the cold months, but it has been drained and cleaned and has been used several times this year already.
