This is a like new camper, I have camped in it 4 times. Come start your magical journey with your family and create memories they will never forget. I purchased it in February 2021. The kids are leaving to college and doing their own thing. We are downsizing into a couples camper. It has lots of upgrades, 8 cubic foot 12 volt fridge, two a/c units, porcelain toilet, 50 amp service, solar prepped. I built a storage for the power cords. It has two gray tanks that hold 30.5 gallons in each tank. It has a 30.5 gallon black tank. The dry weight of the camper is around 6300 lbs. This camper can sleep 10 people. The camper has been well maintained. We do have pets and they have traveled with us, but the camper is very clean. It’s a smoke free camper as well. I’m asking $24,000, I do have a loan through the credit union, so we would have to satisfy that to get the title or our banks can work out something if you are financing it.
