We lived in this RV for 5 years, it is very comfortable, non smoking couple with 1 well behaved cat. It has been well maintained and included upgrades such as disk brakes, installed auxillary fans for refrigeration cooling, new GE microwave, residential Queen firm mattress, and residential kitchen faucet. This model includes heated vibrating theater seats, large dual (electric/propane) energy refrigerator, fireplace heater. Lots of basement storage with an 8 foot slide out tray in rear. The living room is large enough to even put a 5' table for crafts, etc. We have had a lot of fun entertaining our grandchildren over the years.
