Brand new. We bought this to take a 6 month trip around the West with our family. We ended up deciding to use our teardrop on a shorter trip instead. We always intended to sell this camper when we returned from our trip. Now we are back (we just didn't end up using it).

It is a beautiful trailer. It has a tankless water heater, 400W solar upgrade, 50 amp service connection so that a second A/C can be installed if desired. Outdoor kitchen, 4 separate bunk beds for the kids with their own room. Tons of storage with huge pantry/coat closet! Central vac system.

We have equipped it with an Anderson weight distribution system, which we will include. It weighs 7007 lbs unloaded.
