This Fleetwood flair has under 47k miles and only 123 generator hours.  I used it for short trips while I lived in California, usually to visit family or just take it desert camping. Recently bought a home in Washington and don’t see myself taking it out anytime soon. 

Has a minor tear in the awning from wind, some interior pet scratches on the couch, one wheel skirt came off (we still have it), one window shade needs to be restrung, needs new propane detector, couple lights need new bulbs, and some minor quirks.

Everything else is otherwise maintained or upgraded. All lights have been replaced with LEDs, new batteries, as well as a serviced generator. We installed a back up camera and a Thule bike rack that holds two bikes. Roof is in good condition. Engine, slides, stabilizer jacks, water heater, generator, fridge, stove/oven, microwave, electrical outlets, air conditioning, and heating all work great. 

Will throw in all of the RV tools, a battery jump starter pack, cleaning supplies, couch cover, water filters, hose, and any other accessories that I have within the RV. This RV does not require a specialty license, which makes it perfect for a new RV owner and its size allows you to get into most parks without the restrictions on bigger RVs.  Lots of storage and living space. Great for full time living or big family road trip.
