The coach has been 95% renovated inside with new flooring & furniture; LED lighting; and the cabinetry is nearly flawless. It is extremely clean on the inside. In fact, there have been over $50,000 in reconditioning and upgrades installed including a 2,700-watt (10 panels!) Victron solar power system; a connectivity system based on the WifiRanger Everest/Aspen combo (external antenna/modem and internal router); and a $6,500 FlexArmor roof. All awnings, slide toppers, and window shades are in very good condition.

The coach has some age-related issues; mostly on the exterior. While the fiberglass is generally in above-average condition, the clear coat is peeling off in spots on the end caps and there is some minor damage to the rear bumper.

This coach has easily towed a Jeep Patriot (3,350 curb weight) No Jeep or towing accessories included.
