FRESHLY sealed all over & VERY WELL MAINTAINED! Most COMFORTABLE RV EVER! Sleeps 6+ people very comfortably. With one large slide-out that holds the dinette and loveseat, this layout has lots of LIVING SPACE. Awesome OUTSIDE kitchen with sink, two gas burners, and 2 refrigerators. This makes it SO EASY to wash hands, clean up, grab a cold drink & snack without getting the inside of the RV dirty! The inside kitchen has an extra large refridgerator, 3 gas burners, oven, 2 sided sink, microwave, and lots of storage. The large counter top doubles as a bar with hideaway two stool seats. It's a fantastic layout for family game nights or potluck as it seats 9 with dinette & bar & loveseat combined.

We slept VERY WELL and loved the large master bedroom with storage under bed and two closets. We just added a new queen sized pillow top mattress and wow, it's fantastic! The large dinette converts into a double bed, comfortably sleeping two adults. The bunkbed is a full size with a large viewing window. It's super fun for kids and very comfortable for adults.

We camped with our friends, their kids, and our kids and everyone slept comfortably - with privacy. The cozy loveseat easily converts into a sleeper, like a futon, in seconds!

The layout of the bathroom and shower is ideal for larger families. There is even a bathtub, skylight, and a handheld shower wand with very decent water pressure. The tub is ideal for kids after a long day of outdoor play and perfect for a relaxing soak for mom as well.

The sink and vanity are seperate from the toilet and shower making it easier for everyone to get ready for bed or morning wake up & go time. This layout makes the best use of 28 feet, especially with the large slide-out.

The roof & all seals were re-sealed a year ago. We have had it plugged in since we bought it. There are new tires in the back and good tires in the front. It's freshly cleaned with sparklying tanks & ready to roll.
