Connecticut originated, was in the Midwest for a few years, then Florida, now back to Connecticut. 37ft Class A. It's a National so it's quality. Selling as is. Basically no rust on the body and frame.
Minor paint peeling on outside.
On inside, two of the day/night shades are not working.
There is minor damage on the interior from animals. (Punctures in the tops of some upholstery from cat claws, damage to one cabinet door from a puppy chewing on it).
Brand new furnace blower motor and ignition/gas assembly.
AC works well.
Generator is not original. Wen brand. 180 hours on it.
Batteries (house and chassis) brand new.
V10 Triton Engine is in tip top shape, but should get serviced after you take it home.
Two tires have a leak, one will last a week and the other only a day before flat.
There was a previous leak in the driver's side window, rot on plywood underneath, has been repaired.
There have been mice in the AC ducts.
