Onboard Onan generator (672 hrs). 30 gallon fuel tank with fuel pump for toys. 12 ft garage with upgraded 3 season door system (screen, clear and blackout). Party deck with rails. Sleeps 10/11. 3 hydraulic slides. 2 awnings. Led interior lights and awning lights. Large pass through storage. Fireplace with remote, outside wet bay and shower. Large master closet. Outside stereo. Inside surround sound. Two fresh water Tanks (110 gallon total. 65 gallon black and two 65 gallon grey tanks. 2nd owner. Selling due to kiddos getting older and we bought a smaller camper.

Modified floor plan. Removed long awkward couch and replaced with dinnette and sleeper sofa. Adds at least 3 more sleeping spaces and added a much needed place to eat for kiddos.

Notable upgrades:

Nothing currently needs fixed/ addressed. Minor things that need addressed; need to install a light under nose of the camper. I have it just haven’t because I never use it anyways. Rear AC is 100% operational (meaning full functional /working now) but need to rewire thermostat due to break in the wire. Again because it works just didn’t address. Has had an insurance claim in 2022. Was in a barn that was struck by lighting. It was located in a divided section of the pole barn adjacent to where minor fire occurred.
