Wacky West is located in the wonderful city of Valentine. Everything is with in walking distance. Hungry? within two blocks we have wonderful restaurants. Need groceries? Just right across the street is a wonderful store that can fill almost every need. Want to go to a movie? Right next door is our movie theater. Want to see downtown Valentine and all our specialty stores? You can follow our very scenic Cowboy Trail that will take you to downtown Valentine or if you want to follow the Cowboy Trail in the opposite direction you can walk and see our historic railroad bridge.
Valentine is widely known for our floating down the Niobrara River. We also have the tallest waterfall in Nebraska as well as the widest. We have the wildlife refuge, Merritt Dam Reservoir, McKelvie National Forest, numerous hiking trails, a new disk golf course, numerous play parks, livestock auction, and numerous other actives to keep you entertained while you are here. Or if you are looking for peace and quite we can accommodate that was well. Valentine is a city of 2,800 people so we don't have all the noise you would find in the city. You can step out your door and hear crickets, owls and many other wild life. You can look up and see the stars without having to go outside of city limits.
