With 300 feet of shady willow treed riverfront on the banks of the Salmon River, Swiftwater RV Park is an oasis for campers and welcomes big rigs to tent campers. The campground features 24 sites for RVs and up to a dozen tent campers.

A covered Pavillion area, currently used for small equip storage (riding mower, ATV etc.) could be converted to an open area gathering place. A covered gazebo sits on the river's edge and includes electricity and a stone fire pit.

The two story building on the property contains two large restrooms & showers, plus laundromat as a public area for guests. Upstairs is a 600 sq ft' 1 bedroom apartment, with electric heating & air conditioning pump system, hickory kitchen/bath cabinets and a deck looking out over the park campground.

RV guests enjoy water and electricity hookups (9 50amp and all 30 amp). One RV space (adjacent to the two story building) has full sewer hookup (could be used for Park owner or operator, if the upstairs apartment is used as a month-to-month rental, or vacation rental). All other spaces do not have sewer hookup but there is a an rv dump on the property.

Water is provided by a well. Irrigation is from the Salmon River.
