Short drive to several hot springs in Desert Hot Springs and all that Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley has to offer - great restaurants, museums, hiking, history, culture, and the arts. 

It is a wonderful pet-friendly, 50+ community offering lots of amenities including: Tennis and pickle ball courts, swimming pool, hot tub, library, community center, small fitness room, walking trails, fenced dog park, bocce ball, laundry facilities, showers, community gatherings, and more. Friendly staff. 

There is a one-time transfer fee required by the park upon sale which is $1,500.00 and the yearly resort dues are $3374.00. The dues for all of 2025 have already been paid.

Water, sewer, garbage, and security are included in the park fees. Owners pay for electricity monthly per usage to the park.
