Hello, and welcome! My name is Frank. I've been a labor & delivery RN for over five years and I'm incredibly passionate about what I do. Several years ago I was fortunate enough to find a home and property that allowed me the creativity to explore being a landlord. My goal was to create a quiet and comfortable space without the chaos, uncertainty, or lack of security of random public RV parks.

The available pads are at minimum 20 by 50 ft. The immediate area around each can be made to your liking, whether you have outdoor furniture, or chairs, etc. The acreage wraps around the backyard, with a path to walk dogs, or hike the hill. There's a large field great for outdoor activities, and upon request, one of my shops can serve as the perfect place to host events when the Seattle weather isn't cooperating. I also have a relatively large greenhouse on the property, so if you have a green thumb, or find gardening therapeutic, you are more than welcome to indulge. Or, if you prefer a cold swim or fishing -- rod & reel or fly -- the Puyallup River is directly across the street, with additional access to the 22 mile long Foothills Trail.

Orting is a small town with a very big view (of Mount Rainier). Puyallup, our neighboring town, is very close and much larger, with all the amentities you could possibly need, roughly 10 minutes away. Sites are available in short-term agreements i.e., month to month. For the safety of myself and all tenants, I do a brief background check. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
