Bay Lake Motorhome Resort is a Class A 55-and-over Resort.
This lot has a extra large paver parking pad that can fit a 45’ motorcoach with a separate pad for a tow vehicle. Plush landscaping separates the street view from a spacious Tiki which has a table. chairs and additional outdoor furniture. A great view of a pond and lake can be had from the Tiki.

The clubhouse has a heated pool and spa, as well as a large meeting room, game room, craft room and movie theater. Several groups within the resort are available to guests, to include a motorcycle ride on Sundays, craft classes, occasional movies, men’s breakfast, women’s luncheons, weekly potlucks (that are well attended) and a host of other activities. There is also private access to Lake Mattie which has good fishing.

Availability begins in September and extends through 2025.
Seasonal rates are $2,000.00 per month. Extended stays beyond a month would reduce that rate. This rate includes electricity, water, and sewer. A 50% deposit is required, with the balance due upon arrival. Daily and weekly rates are also available. A golf cart is available to rent for an additional fee.
