Quiet spot large enough for up to 40' RV with 30 or 50 amp power, water, and full sewer. If 50 amp power, a surcharge for power may apply. Camper must be in good condition and be registered and insured. The site is best suited for up to 2 adults. No infants, children or animals of any kind since the property is shared with other units. Depending on size of camper there may be space to park an additional small to medium size vehicle. Please inquire at time of request.

Property is a shared property with other units that include a tiny cabin, which is next to this RV space, a home as well as a large metal barn. The tiny cabin and home are rented as vacation properties. Additionally, there is a shared laundry off of the house that is available with a coin op washer and dryer.

Guests must agree to property rules at the time of reserving. These property rules will be provided to guest at time of request.
