Each lot has full hook ups and is metered for water and power (50amp service available). Water is billed back to the residents monthly by the park. You need to have the power initiated in your name and pay metered electric that you use. You can get cable and Wi-Fi at your expense.

The park is quiet, safe, and well-maintained by on-site management. Located just 10 min from beautiful downtown Fort Myers with its attractions. Shandler Hall Community Park with a playground is a 3 min walk of the park. Several grocery stores, Domino’s Pizza, Hardee’s, CVS are within a 5 min walk. Public transportation (bus stop) right in front of the park. Everything you would need is available within 10 min from the community.
