RV Description
OFF GRID READY CAMPER
Hate to let go of this beauty but we are moving out of the country and need this gone ASAP!
This camper has working plumbing, septic system, a fridge, oven, stovetop and a working furnace (does need cleaned). We have never used the hot water but the previous owner told us it was working fine. The only thing that could use work are minor cosmetic issues. We just put on a fresh coat of flex seal which is the white on the corners - She could use a new paint job. Sleeps 5 with the mattress and use of bunks. Two of the bunks can be folded up for extra storage. ~3,500lbs dry weight.
EVERYTHING YOU SEE IN THE PHOTOS IS INCLUDED EXCEPT FOR THE LAPTOP & MONITOR.
We have a plethora of camping items that come with the trailer:
-30+ gallon water pouch-4550 Watt Champion Generator -Champion generator storm shield -10 gallons worth of gas cans -Starlink Hardware (dishy & router) -36 gallon Rhino portable dump tank & accompanying hoses/ equipment -2 deep cycle RV batteries (bought in October) -Camping equipment (tent, outdoor propane burner, sleeping bags, lanterns, space heater)-Roku TV & Roku security camera-An additional solar powered camera (needs installed)-Kitchen appliances (croc pot/ air fryer) -power/ extension cords & a printer (printer is great for those last minute camping passes)-Plenty of additional tools (wrenches, screwdrivers)-Fully stocked with dishes, blankets & towels-Both propane tanks are up to date with certification.-Memory foam mattress that’s less than a year old
We also have a Jackery 2kwh power bank that can be purchased together for an additional $900-1000.
Camper’s plumbing and electrical wiring was inspected last February when we bought it. We love this camper but there’s no sense in storing it. It’s been on many camping trips this year in Kansas, Colorado, and Wyoming.
All you need is a truck and cash, reach out and I will try to respond as soon as possible.
