Preparing to put this on the market. It is a 2003 Monaco Dynasty Dutchess model, for some reason the Dutchess trim is not a drop down option so I selected Queen IV. We've had it for over 10 years, its been garaged or covered most of its life. Here is a link to the original brochure, it does a better job of describing all the features than I could:

While the rig is not perfect, we have done the up keep that any rig would need over the years. Within the last couple of years the front tires have been replaced, the Auqahot rebuilt (complete removal and redo), refrigerator replaced, washer/dryer replaced, lights both inside and out upgraded to LED, TV's replaced with flat panels, and more. We've owned the rig outright since we've had it so we have the title, and have priced it very competitively to move it.
