Interior: It is outfitted with all the usual appliances that you would find in a travel trailer (stove, oven, microwave, TV, CD/radio, etc.) They are all in good working order. The refrigerator runs off electric or propane and has a two-speed circulating fan that is direct wired (not battery operated). It has an RV queen bed with generous storage underneath. The TV swivels so you can either watch it in the front area or the bedroom. There is a Fantastic Fan over the bed with a thermostat and includes a reverse option. The fan is covered on the roof with a Max Air housing that lets you open the vent while traveling, while in storage, etc. and no rain gets in. There is also one over the bathroom vent. The living area has brand new Lazy Boy recliners with a center console for storage. It also has a large drawer that houses the two mini tables for the recliners. There are two bunks that are great for storage or for sleeping. The bathroom is in the back and the sink vanity has good storage underneath, as well as in the cabinet above the sink. The pantry has plenty of storage for food, pots/pans, etc. and will still fit coats, clothing, shoes, etc. The AC and heat are ducted.Exterior: It has a new electric tongue jack, a Latch-it keyless entry, a 19' electric awning, and a King OA 1000 Omni P directional TV antenna.
