I purchased this Travel Trailer new from the dealer, parked it in an RV Park in Fort Lauderdale, FL for occasional use. This is a 35' Travel Trailer with two slide-outs, 35Amp service, pre wired for 2 A/C units, one is installed. The A/c unit was just replaced a few months ago. Has both A/C & heat with both electric and gas for the heater and fridge/freezer unit. USB and power outlets throughout, 2 large screen TV's, fireplace, cooktop & oven unit & microwave. Bluetooth radio, and outdoor power outlets & TV mount and hookups.This unit is priced for a quick sale at $15,900. This price also factors in that, just this morning when prepping for sale, I discovered that a side window appeared to have a leak from beneath, and leaked onto the floor in the rear section of the living room. The floor is dry, but the leak and the floor needs to be fixed. I pulled away some of the flooring to expose the underlay, and pics are attached. Even with the required leak and floor fix, this price is a bargain.
