Low miles on tires as this unit was parked on our recreational property and used 7 weekends a year and 1 week during deer season. We have no children slam banging things around. This unit had a skirt attached to it at one point and performed great at 10 degrees for deer camp. Note: If anyone from Hurricane Helene wants this for housing, we are willing to tow it to NC to help you.
