We have had it since it was new and has normal wear but it’s in great condition and everything works as it should. We love this camper and still do but we needed to upgrade because we needed a garage. It will make the best full time or part time camper. 

The master has a king bed
Bunkhouse has a full pull out bed under couch and a drop down bed over it 
Living room has a queen pull out sofa
The loft can hold a queen mattress pad
