I'm retired and purchased this Micro Minnie brand new in August 2023 with the intention of using it. Unfortunately, that's not the case. I've used it three times in a little over a year. This is a 21' Micro Minnie that sleeps five. An rv full bed in front, two bunks, and the dinette will convert into a bed for a child. The kitchen area has a sink, 3 burner propane stove, microwave/convection oven, storage cabinets, storage under the sink, and three drawers. The tv is mounted on the wall, a phone charger is built into the counter, and JBL sound system inside and out. The refrigerator/freezer is electric or propane. Opposite side has the dinette with a table and two bench seats. The table lowers into a bed with storage under the seats. Adjacent to the dinette there are two closets. In the rear of the trailer is the bathroom with toilet and shower and two bunk beds. Under the bottom bunk there is storage accessible from the outside as well as inside. The bottom bunk will also fold up to create more storage space. The bathroom has a toilet the shower is approximately 3' wide x 2' deep. There is a hot water tank, air conditioning, and heat. Plenty of storage under the front bed that runs from one side of the trailer to the other with access outside on either side or from inside the trailer. Screen door and solid door entry way with two stairs that fold out from underneath, a propane connector that can be used for a grill, along with four stabilizer bars, electric or manual, a powered awning, two axels with Goodyear tires. The spare tire is mounted on back along with an outside shower, a ladder to the roof, and a receiver. Three tanks: fresh water, gray water, and black water. The discharge connection for the black and gray tanks is on the rear driver's side of the trailer. Up front there is a lighted electric jack and two propane tanks along with the battery.
