2016 365RL  38’ , 3 slides VanLeigh Vilano, a division of Tiffin Motorhomes.  This  is a one owner, older couple , never smoked in and no pets unit. These 5th wheels have a lot of features that are normally found only in Motorhomes.  There are lots custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances including residential refrigerator and even a dishwasher.  It also has roll out shelves in the pantry, pull out trash cabinet, solid surface countertops, more storage than you can imagine & 3 TV’s (2 inside and 1 outside).  You will love the nearly new Thomas Payne furniture that includes electric theater seating & tri-fold sofa sleeper, the brand new awning & one of my favorites, the level 9’ ceilings with 8’ tall slides in all the lower level.  There are washer/dryer hookups, a safe in the closet, lift bed for lots of storage, soft close black out privacy blinds, tinted windows & a lot of exterior storage.  This unit also has 2 air conditioners (1 is a heat pump, which we loved), an electric fireplace & 400 watts of solar is installed with 4 batteries.  We also had a professional install disc brakes and Lippert install 8,000 lb. leaf springs.  It is rated for full time living if you are looking for a permanent home.  Well cared for and ready for your adventures!
