Brand new tires with only 1000 miles of use since 2022, canvas surround is in good, very functional condition with minor wear at the corners. This model comes with an electric water heater with outdoor shower take-off, and interior sink in the kitchen area. Brand new AGM battery installed spring of 2024. Stored in a garage. Grey water tank has a very slow leak (small crack), but clean water tank is in great condition. This comes with a spare tire mounted underneath.

Comes with a Dometic CFX3 35 Powered Cooler and Dometic Brand Lithium Battery PLB40 both purchased in 2020 and in great condition.
