Camper is in good condition inside. The refrigerator is not working and I havent checked the code. Air conditioner blows cold able to keep the camper at 70 degree in middle of Houston summer.

There was some water damage when I bought it in 2019 on the outer left side under overhang. I sealed the top and sides of camper and havent had any issues - it is due to be re-caulked.

One of the seals on the slide out needs replacing as well.

Cam lock Tie downs, 2x truck to camper wiring, 2x shore power cords all included. If my truck hardware, and air bags are compatible with your towing truck, that is included as well. This is priced to sell now.

I have all original paperwork for every appliance in the camper.
