We traveled full time in this unit with a 60lb Greyhound for 2 years. Though we had a lot of fun it is time to settle down and help take care of our grandchild.This compact unit is easy to drive and maneuver. We were able to visit many smaller State Parks unavailable to the larger motorhomes. There is a Queen bed on a slide out, a convertible dinette and double bed loft with a television. The galley features a 3 burner stove, microwave and double sink. The bathroom has a sink, commode and shower. A 30 lb Propane tank supplies the stove, water heater and furnace. The 30 amp electrical service runs the refrigerator and AC. The gas Generator is powerful enough to also supply the 30 amps if needed.The awning and house batteries were replaced this year. The engine has been serviced regularly and the tires are in excellent condition. Towing a Jeep Cherokee has been very easy. We can include the Blue Ox towing bracket and brake unit in the sale.This fun RV is priced low because there are several soft spots in the floor that will need repair. (I sold all my tools when we went full time). The inverter also needs replacement.
