Forest River greatly enhanced these in 2023 by redoing decorating so they now have white cabinets with a more modern décor. Also includes a unique feature - a murphy pantry in the space behind the TV and fireplace. Notable changes also include a full length extension to the kitchen island and a 3 level shower head in the large shower. Kitchen appliances are residential. Kitchen cabinet doors and drawers are self-closing. No carpet except in bedroom slide out.

For 2023, Forest River used a vinyl floor in the large living slide out in lieu of carpet. Double roller day/night shades. Built in vacuum with power head. Both TVs are Smart TVs. Dinette has 4 chairs; 2 can fit in the island extension.

Currently on a site in Williston Crossings RV Resort in Williston, FL. It can remain on site with a new reservation or it can be removed. If it remains on site, it will include a 10x8 Lifetime shed as well as a Juliet style deck that gives access to the patio door wall and bedroom door. The site is large and in the Reserve portion of the park can accommodate 2 cars and a golf cart and patio area is the length of the Cottage Trailer.
