Very well cared for Dutch Star with nearly every factory option (Full option sheet in photos). The 4310 floor plan has two full bathrooms and a bunk room that doubles as a massive storage closet. Original owners that are pet free, non-smoking, no shoes in the RV so the inside shows very little wear. The coach has been serviced directly at Newmar factory in Nappanee as well as Freightliner in Gaffney. Paint waxed regularly, rubber treated with UV protectant regularly, and slide covers/awnings treated with UV protectant. The unit is all electric so there is no propane onboard to worry about. We purchased the RV in October 2021 with a five year 50k mile warranty that will be transferred to the new owners. The RV is currently in route to Florida from our summer in Michigan and under the right circumstances can be delivered nearly anywhere in the country after purchase.
