This winterized fifth wheel measures 42 feet in length and 8 feet in width, with a dry weight of approximately 14,000 lbs. 

The exterior is highlighted by an LED-lined awning for outdoor living and a second awning over the entry door for climate protection. A total of 4 pass-through compartments yields plenty of storage space with an added storage rack at the rear. Additional compartments for generator (not included), water inlets, hydraulic jacks, and LP bottles round out easy access to all essentials for this RV.

Inside, the raised front living space includes two opposing slide-outs offering a generous area for relaxing and watching TV. Two sleeper sofas and two theater-style heated, massaging recliners surround the front entertainment center containing a large-screen TV. The final home-like feature is the gas fireplace that not only lends to a relaxed atmosphere but can take a chill out of the air when you don’t want to turn the furnace on. 

The islanded kitchen, again with opposing slide-outs, expands the cooking and dining areas which include a table and 4 chairs. A telescoping TV keeps the cook and diners in the know, when desired. For meal prep, a 3-burner stove with oven, a microwave, and a residential refrigerator and freezer are included. The island features an undermount stainless steel double sink with overhead pendant lighting. Plenty of storage is provided on the island, near the stove/oven and in the pantry closet and drawers on the kitchen side of the living area wall. A half-bath is located off the kitchen for easy guest access.

The primary suite includes a king-sized bed in its own slide out with plenty of under-bed storage, a wardrobe closet with washer/dryer prep, a large dresser, and a wall-mounted TV. To the rear of the bedroom is a full bathroom with dual sinks and mirrors in the vanity and a large shower with a seat and doors. Again, plenty of storage space within and above the vanity is provided.

Additional features include two individually controlled AC units, an integrated sound system, and smoke detectors.
