1971 27’ Airstream Overlander Trailer is 90% original with updated bathroom. The shower walls and pan are stainless steel. Under the original BR sink and surrounding is riveted aluminum.Couches pull out and make into 2 full size beds. Recently upgraded the black water holding tank from its original 19 gallon black tank to a new 40 gallon gray/black holding tank. I’ve owned it since 2013 or so. Last summer I hosted it as Airbnb and was a 5 star host. Guest loved it. Trailer details:Image 10 is a picture of floor when I was inspecting fresh water tank. Panel is riveted back on now. New marine battery 08/24. New tires 0 miles, bearings packed. New 3000 lb tongue jack New propane tanks just filled them. Old tanks available. Water pressure tested for 24 hours. No leaks. Removed fresh water belly tank cover 1" plywood all good. inspected tank hoses and replaced them. no leaks detected. New LED running Lights around top of RV. Onboard A/C works good, but I went ahead and put in a Mr. Cool Heat pump combination for my Airbnb. Outside Unit is all you would need to purchase to hook it back up. Static RV or AirBNb again. New tinted front rock guard just have not taken off the protective paper yet. Original Magic chef oven works. Original Gas water heater works. I elected to put in an electric water heater as well, since it is much faster turn around. Burner Stove works great. Purchased from a Police Officer in Katy , TX. He said he was the 3rd Owner when I purchased it. Story is she was bought new in OKC and has been in Texas most of it's 53 years. I used my Dodge 2500 Diesel to pull when we went to CO,FL,MO on vacations. At times it slept 4 adults and 4 kids in sleeping bags on floor. It pulls like a dream. No issues. We had our fun with this Airstream and it's just time to sell it.
