This unit will sleep 6-8 individuals ! the couch is a Queen sized hide-a-bed and the dinette makes into a bed for those under 5'6". the 2 recliners will recline almost flat just incase you fall asleep. The factory roof AC and Furnace are controlled by a single digital T-stat. an additional roof AC has been installed in the bedroom to keep you really cold at night or those hot texas summers ! Lastly, to stop that "trailer rockin" rear LCI stabilizers will hit the ground when you tell them to and just for fun there are 2 forward docking lights for hooking up in the early morning or late at night.
