Just arrived! This 2021 Grand Design 2970RL is in fantastic shape and comes with almost everything you need. The previous owners had been camping for over 30 years and are calling it quits, therefore, you will get all of the accessories that total up to well over $1000 if bought new. This includes a weight distribution hitch, black/gray water tote, almost any electrical adapter you may need, extension cords, outdoor mat, garden hoses, leveling blocks, and much more.

This camper has been well taken care of and always stored under a carport when not in use. On the exterior, two awnings assure that you will always have a place out of the sun. A huge front storage area with access from both sides accommodates everything that comes with the camper with some room to spare. Inside the drivers side access door you will find a full wet bay for all of your water hook-ups. The wet bay, in combination with the remote black and grey valves and the enclosed heated underbelly, make this camper ready for extended season camping in colder weather.

Solid steps fold out to the ground to allow entry into the spacious living area of the camper. A full dinette with separate chairs shares a slide out with the loveseat that features twin recliners with massage and heat. This loveseat rests directly in front of the TV and fireplace. At the rear of the camper there is a tri-fold couch that converts into a comfortable bed, there is also storage on both side and above the couch. The kitchen island includes ample storage and a stainless farmhouse style sink.  The large pantry to the left of the stove has multiple shelves and a motion activated light. The kitchen area also includes an 8 cubic foot gas electric refrigerator, a three burner stove with oven, and a microwave. Next to the kitchen is a nook perfect for a coffee maker and an Ice machine. This nook is full of cabinets too! The bedroom has a queen size bed with a Serta mattress, is cpap friendly and includes a large amount of cabinet storage with a seperate closet and more storage under the bed. Most functions of this camper can be controlled via APP on your phone through a Bluetooth connection.
