Title in hand, only owner, purchased in 2017 shortly after the model was released.Easily sleeps a family, couple, or people and dogs! Set up and tear down is not hard at all especially for 2 adults. Always covered from November-March, tarps kept on bunks when open, awning cleaned yearly, all new seals yearly. Roof checked at least 2x per year, no soft spots or wear/tear. Fridge with freezer door inside, propane or electric, runs very cold.The whole inside (minus the bathroom) have been redone. It has been remodeled to make it lighter, with many extra storage and functional options added.
