Arctic Fox (Northwood Mfg) a premier builder of 5th wheel and travel trailers. Located in Oregon, they are heavily built with a level of quality not found in other manufacturers. They even make there own frames with a certified off road rating. There is NOT a single piece of particle board or OSB used in the construction of this unit. It is marine plywood, or solid hardwood. The floors are 3/4" thick and solid to walk on. The 27-5L is designed for extended travel, many are used for full time living. The tanks are much larger then normal for units this size. The wall and roof insulation is 50% thicker than the industry standards. So it heats and cools easily. The overall length is a few inches under 30ft so it can be brought into almost all state and national campgrounds. The downside of this level of quality is it is not 1/2 ton towable, 3/4 ton is the minimum truck required. A spacious interior layout with all the amenities you need for a comfortable camping experience. The living area features after market recliners, a dinette for enjoying meals, and a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The bedroom includes a comfortable queen-size bed and plenty of storage space for all your travel essentials. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet, providing all the comforts of home on the road. The previous owner added several custom pieces of cabinetry, and beveled glass mirrors. I've priced this below market due to minor de-lamination on the the main slide out. It has not grown significantly in the six years we've owned it. We've bought a larger camper and this one needs a new loving home. I do not respond to texts, only email.
