Coach has been professionally maintained per manufacturer recommendations since new, including engine oil/coolant/fuel filters, transmission fluid changes, axle oil, and generator maintenance. Has an Onan 8kw diesel gen set that runs excellent. Both rooftop A/C units work. Dash A/C does not. Has a working combo clothes washer/dryer. Drinking water filtration system. Modern satellite radio w/ Bluetooth. Coach had an interior remodel around 2012 by the second owner and many items were upgraded such as FlexSteel seating and sofa. All plumbing works correctly. Tons and tons of parts/repairs just in the last 5 years—too many to list. Roof was coated in 2020, no leaks. Brand new upgraded AGM Coach batteries should last 10 years.
