This is a very nice 2012 5th wheel. Very comfortable king bed, with a pull out couch in the living room. All genuine leather. Also has a fireplace. Very nice kitchen with all the amenities.  It also has a washer and dryer and dishwasher. We have had this parked in our yard as a guest house so it has not been towed around. Only used a couple weeks per year.  It has electric slides that we have not used. But our understanding is it has a hand crank back-up for the slides. We are only selling because we are selling the property. Come and take a look, it might be perfect for you.
