This comes equipped with two propane bottles, A/C, heater, refrigerator, microwave, TV, stereo, stove, sink, toilet and shower. The fold up couch lays flat to be a bed also. It has a 12' power awning and 6'x6' rear ramp door. Everything works and I haven't seen any leaks.
