We purchased this unit from the original owner about a year ago to use as a place for my husband to stay while working out of town. However after detailing, buying new mattresses, all new tires and moving to this beautiful rv park we haven’t stayed but a few times all year. It’s spacious and very clean, we do not smoke or have pets. The furniture looks good except the couch has a few blemishes from the previous owner but besides that it’s a perfect unit.We just added a couple of small linen chairs and loved it! Everything works well and we have it parked at a beautiful rv park in Upland. They have an awesome setup if needed, a stage and live music about every weekend, along with food trucks!
