Model Anthem 44SL. This motorhome has been mechanically well maintained and has been kept indoors from April to November. The winter months from December to March it was kept at my Dad's house in Florida. It has all new Michelin tires all around which have relatively low mileage on them. The interior is in great condition with normal wear and tear as can be expected. There are some interior control pads which may need a new trim piece. One of the blinds was having some issues with the directional switch. Minor body damage by front entry step. This would be a great Motorhome for someone who is in the market for one but doesn't want to shell out money for a brand new one. It also had self leveling jacks.
