List price when we purchased it in Sept 2023 was $69,797.00

Due to a long awaited opportunity that became available very soon after we bought it, this Fifth Wheel has never left our home for camping or storage. It has remained at our home under the RV shelter since September, 2023. This is the first time we have listed it for sale.

We are not COVID campers. We have camped a lot in the last 33 years, but after careful research bought only a select few RVs. We chose Grand Design this time because of what they are known for - high quality construction and compact luxury.
