In very good shape, has 6 new Firestone tires on it, new chassis battery, and new cooling unit in refrigerator. Has one slide out, the entire drivers side of the vehicle. Runs great, very comfortable to drive. I've driven it many hours and I will say I can drive this vehicle longer than a car. Everything is in working order. Built-in Onan generator runs the air conditioner no problem. Queen bed in back is very nice to sleep in. Roomy bedroom with lots of storage. The cab over bed is also very comfortable and longer than a standard queen bed. Has a protective coating on the exterior to protect the finish and make easier to clean. Unit is stored inside in the winter when not heading to someplace warm! Has a trailer hitch and backup camera.

One photo shows damage to the ladder in back. I will compensate for that.
