The interior is in very good condition, feels real roomy with the large pop-out, and made with quality materials. All appliances are clean and in working order. There are no roof or plumbing leaks. Has a fully-equipped kitchen, full bath with deep bathtub. The bunk mattresses are comfortable and hardly used, two adults can sleep comfortably in each. The queen mattress is a regular size which takes up the end of the bed area. Dinette and sofa make into beds.

The stairs should be replaced as the bottom step support does not line up. There is lots of storage inside as well as in the lower pass-through area up front, and a smaller utility storage area which is roomy.

The awning is intact and works but has moisture staining.

The jacks are manual. I use a drill with a socket the quickly raise and lower.

There is a big solar mounted to the roof which has not been fully wired and hooked up. There is an outside shower which is great for rinsing sandy feet. All the equipment to complete this is in the trailer.

There is an uninstalled folding stair rail with hardware.

Less than 3500 miles on higher quality tires. Trailer has stayed plugged so the batteries are in good condition. Comes with 2, 7 gallon propane tanks which do not have a cover.

Has stabilizer bars, and ball hitch.
